Caramelized onion 1kg
Caramelized onion is made with fresh onions of the Babosa Variety (sweet, tender and soft), poached with extra virgin olive oil and caramelized with sugar. All cooked over low flame in a traditional way. Thus, we achieve a differential product to accompany starters (foie, cheeses…) and all kind of dishes: meat and fish.
Onion (150g to elaborate 100g of product), Brown cane sugar, extra virgin olive oil, salt, Modena balsamic vinegar, cornstarch and acidulant: citric acid.
